Yes, it's ME! The TwoFish speaks out!

Peace My Name---what a time for anyone reading headlines, news-items, near-or-far, friends and family, global village, discoveries in space-exploration by telescope, new insights, new or old troubles, politics, economy. Scared yet? Sure, me too, that's what they like you know---when I read some god-forbidden matter, some war or crime, some horror, some agenda or zealotry---let's hear it for fear! Works every time---until you wake up to the fact that anyone 'using' fear, is using we who timidly tremble. And our kids, our wives and families, our land and people, our money, resources. Good fear, bad fear---some fear is totally natural, but what is born of malice, cruelty, almost exclusively human---hey, that hurts! Guess they wanted it that way. Big bucks industry, fear, also makes really tenacious religion---converts will line up and make plenty of tithed contributions, until the widow might want her mite back---you know, she needed it for something for herself, I guess. Food, or bandages, or funeral arrangements. Peace My Name---I do guitar shows locally ('Yes, it's me, that TwoFish guy"), and I wrote this song recently, here where I am doing shows for a while near Morro Bay. The day here is splendid, just gorgeous, now Sunday Aug. 28, or I guess 29. 'Peace My Name'---some of my friends know I was mis-treated fearfully in an abusive past-incident I have trouble forgetting or letting go of. I have nothing to hide. Fear can grip the mind and the soul like a dripping slick oil of rainbow chimera, until nothing else remains---I will tell you, it is true, I do not know why, really. Not a big fan of horror-show TV or film, torture-film, bloody hells these 'writers' make up---good money in all that, though, as if some information in the minds on the media story-tellers, beyond their own warped sense of things and greedy lust for money---as if they 'knew something' that would set you or me free. They don't. What name gives you peace? If it is your own, you may be ahead of the game. If it is God's name, the name of love, the name of Christ, Brahma or Buddha---or a name I don't know. What is the name of that mountain, that hillside, or that tree? Is all we truly enjoy to appreciate but One Name? What is the name by which the Universe may or may not know Man, or the Earth? Peace My Name----and peace your name too!!
