Last years 2009 Wheels and Waves car show was canceled due to the Jesusita fire. This years event turned out to be a beautiful day for a car show. The sky was gray in the morning, but the sun eventually made its appearance mid morning. We arrived around 11am and State Street was already starting to get crowded.
