    Ive had them cry through the whole movie and it was freakin terrible, i think if your kids whining please get out of the theater and dont ruin the movie for everyone else

    should be an age requirement on certain movies, and if they are still in the whining phase, get a babysitter, don't take them to the movie, common sense/courtesy.

    AGREED! I think if you are seeing a PG13/R movie im sure a 0-6 year old shouldnt be in there whether they retain the info or not. Wait for it on DVD people!

    I've seen ads directed at moms with young kids for certain showings of movies at some theaters, so that the whole audience is kind of in the same boat and knows what to expect - they all have kids who might cry or whatever, so it's an alternative for them for normal movie showing times. I think that's a good compromise.
