San Luis ObispoAn inmate who escaped Monday from the California Men’s Colony was found and arrested in Fresno on Thursday, prison authorities said.Bryan Charles Sims, who escaped from his job assignment at the prison’s Waste Water Treatment Plant, was arrested Thursday in Fresno by Special Service Unit agents with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
