Aviation Consultants Inc., which provides aircraft management and private jet charters at the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport, has broken ground on a corporate jet center.Company President William Borgsmiller said work will begin on the estimated $10 million project in early January.“It won’t look like there’s a lot going on until then,’’ he said. “They’re supposed to be grading on Jan. 4. Between now and then, they’ll be setting up trailers and putting up some temporary fencing.”
