By Bob Cuddy -- Citing his experience, long-time County Auditor-Controller Gere Sibbach has announced that he will run for re-election to a sixth term next year.Sibbach, 58, filed papers with the county clerk-recorder on Wednesday.“As a result of widespread economic disruptions and budgetary problems at the federal and state level, the County of San Luis Obispo faces significant fiscal challenges that will continue for some time into the future,” Sibbach wrote in a news release.
