Cal PolyThe public is invited to help as students prepare to decorate their float for the Jan. 1 Rose Parade in Pasadena.Decorating will take place in the Rose Bowl parking lot in Pasadena, starting with dry materials on Dec. 26 and continuing with fresh flowers until Dec. 31.
