Christmas trees can be discarded at the city lot at 4th and Pine streets in Paso Robles to contribute to the city’s free mulching service.As in years past, the city will grind the trees into mulch, and that in turn will be dispersed to locals for free.Locals may drop off their bare Christmas trees from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
