Stupid kids loitering by the Habit on State St.

Is anyone else sick of these punk/emo/scene kids loitering out in front of the Habit on State st? They had a cardboard sign "Appreciate Leftovers". Don't give your leftovers to these kids. When you do, you are just encouraging their behavior. All they do is sit there and smoke cigarettes and loiter. What can be done?

Yea, they bug big time. Where are the cops? I think ALL of State Street needs to be swept clean. The old crowd near Border's is getting out of hand.

I honestly never saw him there... but I think you are right... They will never learn to earn something if it will just appear when they ask automatically!

I avoid that area at all costs. I can't stand them and I'm surprised no one has done anything about it.

I saw this guy and probably couple of others. So, I think they got the idea how easy it is to ask for anything they want.

I avoid these kids too. It makes me wonder though, if they actually are out on the streets or if they're just upset because no-one understands them and they're sticking it to the man, man!

Benches getting rotated on State St so it would be hard to make contact with the walking crowd for the beggars...
