Craigslist, your local paper, job sites or good old fashioned going out and asking for applications. Up here in SB, we have santabarbarajobs.net.

At your age, my suggestion would be to concentrate on school if possible. What skills and experience do you have? Why should an employer choose you over the next guy?

Here's a tip for the youth these days. Care about your job and work hard to try to excel. Look for ways to do your job more efficiently. Management will take notice of your hard work and hopefully reward you. I have noticed that today's youth is lazy and expects everything for doing nothing. And by no means am I inferring you are one of these people.

I agree with Steve, although places are super picky with hiring people. Im overqualified for a lot of jobs and was knocked out of the race for a crappy retail job due to my resume. :/

Hey Buddy! If you feel the need to work to pay for things... try something! But not more than 15 hours a week, or what you need to get your school work well done... You can also answer surveys on the web, that kind of things. You have a lot of free websites that pays you to fill out surveys... it's not big money but it's money! :P
